After 30 years in Property and Financial Services, I how now taken the opportunity for an exciting challenge in a new industry, textiles and manufacturing. I will continue to work in Human Resources, supporting and developing employees within a long established local family business, Plumbs Ltd. Plumbs operates nationwide, is committed to invest, recognise and develop our employees, offers great career development and work life balance. This opportunity allows me to lead the Human Resources and Payroll function and strategy, putting our people first and being aligned to the exciting growth plans. I have enjoyed many good years in the property and financial services industry and built some great relationships with colleagues, employees and industry suppliers.
