I\'ve been with Primerica since 1997 and have had several position within the company. I started in Purchasing, where I worked for 6 years, and got my CPM. I have also worked in IT/Application Programming both working with the IT budget and operational risk assessment. I spent 2 years working in operational risk assessment on the corporate level and have been in the Data Center since 2008. Up until November 2017, I managed the change control process for our distributed platforms. I transitioned into the Business Continuity manager role in November 2017. I have now successfully managed, with my small team of myself and one team member, three, full restore Disaster Recovery tests, with the 2021 DR test being conducted with remote testers and support staff. I work closely with the various business areas in my company to establish and maintain a BC/DR plan that will support them re-establishing their business should we suffer an event. I am eternally grateful for the opportunities that have been afforded to me and the endless support of my manager.
