In 2020, she moved to sunny Florida and in 2021, Debbie obtained her Florida Broker license and is excited to have recently joined Exit Realty Property Solutions. Through hard work, dedication and a highly focused integrity-based mentality, Debbie has established herself as the \"Go To\" Realtor for Cobbetts Pond in NH! Debbie will be quick to tell you that the community of Windham has been very good to her. Her community involvement surpasses most Brokers in her dedication of time and resources to such groups as The Shepherds Food Pantry, The Windham Presbyterian Church, Windham Recreation Dept, Granite State Board of Realtors and local sports teams. During her time in NH, Debbie was voted in by her real estate peers as the Granite State South Board of Realtors President Elect for 2020 but was unable to serve as she moved to Florida.
