Ensure compliance and procedures are accurate and up-to-date, formulate equipment contingency and availability plans, and work closely with the Shift Team & Supervisors to manage issues impacting production. Identify gaps in MOC compliance, safety regulations, and managing abnormal situations. Backfill for FCU Superintendent as needed. Update and maintain Audits Process Description Manuals & Unit Procedures. Named Triangle of Prevention Safety Program Trainer, created new spreadsheets to track and control chemical usage, and formulated/launched a new training program for First Line Supervisors. As Ethics & Compliance Liaison- Whiting Refinery to assist coworkers with BP’s Code of Conduct. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current policy regarding Compliance & core BP values. Serve on Ethics & Compliance and Process Committees.
