Strategic leader responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and people operations.• Workforce and Personnel Management: Partner with Senior Leadership on development of M/V/G. Lead all aspects of workforce and personnel management including organization restructuring, job transitions, pay adjustments, employee off-boarding, and compliance with mandatory requirements. Serve as the central, trusted partner to manage employee relations matters. Liaison with the central Labor Relations and Leave Unit. • Employee Engagement & Team Culture: Develop and implement programs and communications to build and maintain a positive, inclusive, productive, and innovative work culture including newsletters, volunteer experiences, and town halls. Analyze and use employee engagement survey results to address areas of opportunity, manage work teams to develop action plans, host town halls. • Employee Growth and Development: Build and socialize toolkits and processes to support all levels of employee professional development, oversight of annual and probationary performance appraisal process. Collaborate with central Organizational Development and Learning team. Steering committee member of organization-wide learning leader program. Conduct monthly professional development series. Rolled out Peer Mentoring Program.• Diversity & Inclusion: Develop and implement programs and processes to support an anti-racism culture. Active member of Central Services Diversity Council. Unconscious Bias and LGBT Terms & Concepts class facilitator. Created and champion department anti-racism workgroup.• Talent Management: Work with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment cycle. Partner with central Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Finance. Hired 50+ staff in 2022.• Finance Operations: Budget forecasting and management of position control.
