ABOUT DEBBIE KALE
An Account Executive in the Upstream Energy team, delivering high levels of client service primarily to Western European E&P, Construction and Contractor clients. Previously, I was a Climate Transition Risk Consultant, aiding clients identify, assess and mitigate their transition risks in accordance with regulatory disclosure requirements, and an Analyst in the GB Carrier Management Team, where I was responsible for facilitating the strategic relationships with WTW\'s largest partner carriers. I achieved an Upper Second Class Honours in BASc Psychology & Global Sustainable Development from the University of Warwick. I am also working towards completing my ACII qualification, currently being at Diploma level.
