ABOUT DEBBIE HARRISON CHPP

I am a proven agile, adaptable and effective, Portfolio, Project and Programme Manager and Contract Manager with over 20 years’ experience in delivery of complex projects, portfolios and programmes with varying values of 150k - 10 million euros within the Defence Industry, executed with strict Project Governance. Experience with managing budgets with annual turnover of up to c. 20 million euros value. Most recently successfully ran a complex tender through to conclusion and daily management of the service provider. Including, ensuring the transition of the contract was smooth and enacted without impact to the business. Additionally, successfully managed multiple projects and teams, with a diverse magnitude of stakeholders, of different nationalities, ranging from the Board of Management(s) to Customer driven or internal business improvements, transformation and change; and working collaboratively with the various Supplier’s. People Management and Mentor engagement, with the ability to lead, and manage direct reports and also Project Teams. Confident and pro-active, able to perform as an individual or add value as part of a team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt my communication style and skills in-line with the audience. Along with proven coaching and leadership skills enabling less experienced team members to also, perform at high levels. With a passion to deliver and coupled with a conscientious attitude towards continuous learning, has resulted in enhanced skills and capabilities that can cross over into other challenging roles and the ability to adapt and improve my skill set. Additionally, in 2020 I attained the prestigious Chartership status awarded by the Association of Project Management.
