My passions have become my purpose.I\'m a passionate customer centric leader with a focus on lean process.Throughout my career I have focused on providing an exemplary customer experience while uncovering best practices and streamlining processes - call it a pet peeve, if you will, but I simply must find the shortest, most effective and cost efficient method to the end goal.I simply thrive on challenge and drive to succeed.One of my coworkers said in a recent evaluation,\"Deb is straight forward, open, and honest with her actions and intentions.
