OrganizeU4Life is making an impact on the lives of adults with ADHD, as well as high school and college students. OrganizeU4Life teaches executive function skills and techniques that improve the lives of people who are challenged by their time management, executive function, and organizing skills. In addition to teaching these skill sets, as Certified Coaches, we administer a highly acclaimed brain exercise program a/k/a neurocognitive training, which increases focus, cognitive, and self-regulation skills. Tufts University and our own statistics prove that when our neurocognitive training program is administered properly the participant benefits from the permanency of change in their cognitive skills. One client\'s focus improved from 50 seconds to 7 minutes from 56 hours of training. Another reduced her impulsivity by 70% within 40 hours of training, whereas another client increased her processing speed by 12%. The measurements for improvement have been across the spectrum of our client base. Trained to interpret FOCUS Assessments, OrganizeU4Life offers these assessments to measure one\'s attentional skills. Although we don\'t diagnose, we also use these measurements to ascertain the progress one makes from the neurocognitive training. As Professional Organizers, we work with people who are chronically disorganized, and we are trained to work with the neurodiverse population. Our philosophy is to customize our program to meet the individual needs of each client to help them reach their personal best.
