I started working in the collection industry in 2003, and during that timeframe expanded the company\'s electronic technology, focused on employee training and compliance programs. Along with implementing and developing an outstanding client service department. My motivation and goal is to expand the collection agency along with making it one of the best places to work in Cape Girardeau.
