I am an experienced senior and middle manager within further education. I have an in-depth knowledge and experience of curriculum development and management across a wide range of subject sector areas, particularly in the area of GCSE maths and English, Foundation Learning, community and employability. I have a very good knowledge of funding rules and mechanisms that underpin my ability to design and implement effective programmes of learning. I have experience of writing successful bids for ESF projects and similar and have designed and implemented projects including SSW, SSU and NEETsI am a very resilient as an educational leader, have excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
