Debbie Ely was introduced to the timeshare industry in 2007 and is a Registered Resort Professional earning the industry’s highest certification given by ARDA. As a seasoned accountant, she gained valuable experience in timeshares through frontline retail-priced sales, lender financing, and resort rentals. Debbie’s first project in timeshare was Blue Water Resort in Nassau, Bahamas. Debbie then learned about resales while serving as an executive consultant for three years at Fidelity Real Estate Agency based in Orlando, FL from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, Debbie Ely partnered with Bert Blicher to improve the resale market by offering flexible financing options directly to buyers. This innovative consumer resale financing company, Vacation Club Loans, offers great rates across all brands of vacation clubs and timeshares. Debbie’s goal is to provide buyers with a better choice at a better price. She is a firm believer in the value and worth of the industry’s vacation product.
