I am a target driven and pragmatic Manager with over 20 years of experience working in the retail banking and financial services sector. With a solid background specialising in service delivery, change and risk management, continuous improvement and managing client relations, I have proven myself to be able to manage complex situations in an effective and successful manner. I am a competent strategist, I have proven success in developing innovative plans to facilitate competitive growth and exceed company objectives; specialising in risk, change and implementing operational models. I have a strong academic background with a commitment to continuing professional development. In 2003 I successfully completed an MSc in Coaching & Development at Portsmouth University. I am innovative and pragmatic with the ability to successfully analyse, assess and introduce productivity and cost saving solutions whilst achieving significant improvements to business performance through periods of change. In addition, I have an unbroken track record in delivering significant business results and achieving objectives to timescale and budget, and I enjoy leading a successful and productive team in challenging customer-facing working environments.I am committed to providing the highest standards of training and development to my team; focused on succession planning and encouraging productivity and progression. I am readily able to identify training needs and deliver core training plans, mentoring and coaching to staff and managers; with verifiable experience at achieving improved performance through instilling a collaborative approach for personal and company development. In addition, I have exceptional organisational skills with demonstrable success in coordinating and managing a busy workload to demanding timescales.
