   2019 - Present Creating a \"Pocket Community\" of 300 affordable homes. We are building small cottage style homes that are highly energy efficient located around a central courtyard. Picture cute cottages, green lush spaces and beautiful flowers. In addition to a community center for meals, job training, gatherings and a community garden. 2020 - Real Estate Consulting - Assist with negotiating, design concepts, budgeting and putting deals together.2015 – Present: My primary focus has been on land development & commercial renovation projects. Example: 3 Acre project - I assembled several parcels of property, demolished a sq ft. building and repurposed the property for highest and best use more than doubling the investment. This also involved exchanging property we owned with the city of Greenville. The land the city owned was unusable to them. I bought surrounding pieces, which made the land usable for us and gave the city 3 lots.2012 – Present: Partner in building custom & spec homes - Present• Renovated, Flipped, Rented and Sold over 300 Homes - 80% of the homes were single-family 2-3 bedrooms. 20% of the projects were multi-family (2-4 units). • Historic renovations (Homes and Commercial Buildings)• Ex. Restored a 1925 commercial bank building. sq renovation costs. • Upon completion of this project I fully leased it to over 80 tenants (who lease small booth spaces and 2 restaurants). I then ran it as a retail store for 4 years managing +/-12 employees and all aspects of the store. • Restored a 1908 Queen Anne Victorian home sq renovation costs. • Owned, created and managed a variety of vacation homes and mobile home parks. • Wrote a college course – “Professional Housing Provider” taught at A-B Tech Community College. The course was regarding all aspects of property management and being a responsible landlord
