Debbie co-leads Prescient\'s global Commercial Practice with a particular focus on unlocking US growth. She is an accomplished commercial strategist with a broad range of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization and marketing. She started her career at AstraZeneca across numerous marketing and sales roles over a 15 year period, both globally and nationally (UK, Italy), before moving into consultancy for the latter 15 years. Her consultancy career began as co-founder of Strategic North, an insight-led brand strategy consultancy, which was later acquired by Prescient. Debbie provides commercial strategy expertise to large pharmaceutical companies and smaller biotechs/pharma. Her experience spans new product planning and brand building, rooted in a deep understanding of customer decision making in the ever-changing world of pharma. She is passionate about ensuring the voice of the customer plays a central role in strategic decision making, with the aim of driving sustainable brand growth.
