I help facilitate strategy, business transformation, organization design and change processes in organizations, and I do so in a collaborative way. I won\'t prescribe or dictate an answer to your organization\'s challenges, but I will partner, collaborate, push, involve, and educate. I will join you and support you on the change journey. People support changes that they help create. This philosophy drives how I work with clients. Upfront staff member involvement in change programs produces better solutions and minimizes the need to \"get buy-in\" or \"roll out\" and sell new programs after the decisions have already been made.
