I am working as Deputy Manager Band II, in ICICI Bank in Retail Banking. My KRAs are CASA, Portfolio Management, Deposits and Assets. Currently taking care of Asset servicing department, parallelly learning different classes of assets, credit profile analysis. Previously was working as Senior BDM (Deputy Manager) in SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. I have good command over business generation through various channels along with several Marketing strategies and a very good knowledge about Business process flow and also about Quality assurance. I do have good command over operational works also, since after sales service is also in my KRA. Currently, I am learning to manage the manpower along with various tools for business analytics and also looking for better opportunities in my core.
