Process and verify diverse loan types including business banking, mortgages, auto-loans and CTG, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.• Perform detailed documentation checks post disbursement, including signature, stamp validation, duration, amount confirmation and legal verification using platforms like Oracle Flexcube and Lasersoft.• Coordinate with local operations teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure accurate, complete documentation and timely resolution of discrepancies.• Maintain and update MIS reports for pending, dispatched and future due cases, regularly share updates with branches across East India.• Conduct KYC verifications, analyze missing documents, and determine eligibility, filing requirements for each case.• Manage end to end loan lifecycle (data entry in system, document analysis, discrepancy tracking, customer E-form communication, and deferral creation.• Monitor loan limits, documentation quality, customer/guarantor compliance and ensuring readiness for audits and timely submissions.• Enhance turnaround time by proactively identifying documentation gaps and solving them through direct coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors
