I am having around 19 years of experience in managing P&L of accounts,BI technologies, Project Management, Delivery Management, Agile using Scrum. I had an exposure of leading BI teams across different accounts. Mostly engaged in relationship management, deal shaping, program and delivery management. Key tasks are opportunity hunting in Analytics and BI space, budgeting, Forecasting, Resource Loading, Bid manage, Finalising on the SOW, Revenue generation activities, managing P&L of accounts. Also involved with solution architects and figuring out the delivery commitments for designing the architecture of entire Agile BI Programs. Engaged in Requirement gathering, data modelling, Implementation of Big Data in cloud Azure Data Engineering stack ( ADF, Databricks, Synapse SQL, Azure SQL etc) On premise ETL implementation and building reports from different data marts. Deep Knowledge in Microsoft BI Stack. Worked in large accounts in different domains like Mortgage,Manufacturing,Health-Care. I had exposure in both product development and services. Also involved in helping Architects to build Proof of Concepts and responding to client for proposal for different BI implementation. Exposed to Agile and waterfall project management architecture and having an experience of leading team of more than 100 members. Presently working in pre-sales, customer management and project RFP s. Resourcing, Forecasting and vendor management. Also played the role of Scrum Master across various projects.
