I bring a rare blend of FMCG rigour and Tech agility, honed through my 6+ years across P&G and Samsung R&D India, to drive brand building centered around value creation. My professional experience spans across multiple hats of brand management, product design, persona-building, category growth, sales strategy, and GTM innovation which has given me a sustainable flexibility to experiment and inclination towards continuous learning. At Samsung, I had the opportunity to work onsite in Seoul, South Korea building Bixby’s global brand identity based on consumer insights derived from competitor benchmarking. I led the feature pipeline & content strategy across 3 markets (US, EU, India) and developed frameworks for promotional campaigns via Bixby. In my current experience with P&G, I have grown Ariel and Tide brands to record high share gains and distribution through channel-level innovations for which I was recognised with a National Award. I also emerged as the AMEA-West Winner and represented P&G India in the International Ultimate Selling Battle finale in Dubai - receiving exceptional reviews for my independent modern retail channel revenue growth strategy. Always academically inclined, I completed my MBA in Marketing from SPJIMR and Masters in Literature from EFL - while I loved studying, I also indulged my creativity in theatre directing the play \"Crossroads\" for GASP\'21 - the in-house production at SPJIMR. Along with my professional ethic, I bring an endless supply of stories—from living across 16 Indian states and travelling to 10+ countries—adventures steeped in literature, theatre, food, and a long-standing tryst with almost-missed flights.
