Advising Assam Forest Department under APFBC Society on IT, procurement, and policy matters for a ₹490+ crore biodiversity conservation project (Phase II). Oversaw IT system procurement, GIS platform integration, vendor management, and analytics deployment, achieving 95%+ data pipeline reliability. Drafted RFPs, contract frameworks, and technical specifications aligning with AFD (Agence Française de Développement) funding guidelines. Managed & over-saw entire IT procurements & implementation lifecycle for GIS Lab, Drones, Cloud Services etc. This included contract drafting, vendor negotiations etc. Teaming Partner with E&Y on AFD project with Assam Forest Department. Oversee and supervise all IT-related activities of the APFBCS Project, from analytics, GIS to platform integration and procurements. Manage all contractual aspects, policy matters and related documentation, vendor management etc. Engage and deliver on all IT deliverables on the GIS platform and related AI/ML requirements, up to and including data pipelines, customization and end-line delivery
