Exp in Magma flow simulation or Procast etc. 3.Expereince in Production Engineering / Machine engineering and design & development of Dies, Fixtures, Gauges & machining tools. 4.Experience in HPDC, LPDC, GDC casting processes etc. 5.Knowledge of PPAP, Part Development, APQP, SPC, GD & T, Problem solving techniques.6.Experience in Machine Programming, process parameters setting & prove out.7.Tool cost estimation & pricing, Part price evaluation.8.Knowledge of SAP.9.Capacity Assessment & Capacity Planning 10.Benchmarking and VA/VE levers /drivers 11.Raw Material understanding & application 12.Program / Project Management 13.Launch Management 14.ECR/ECN Management
