Job Description- Plan and execute industry engagement initiatives for NUSMed\'s Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) and Postdoctoral Association (PDA)- Develop programs to connect postdoctoral researchers with industry professionals- Ensure compliance with NUSMed regulations in all activities- Coordinate events, including site visits and panel discussions- Build and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders- Promote industry trek events to postdoctoral researchers- Gather and assess participant feedback for continuous improvement- Prepare reports on outcomes and participant engagement.Qualifications- Strong understanding of the academic and industry landscape- Excellent organizational and project management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities- Proactive problem-solving and event management skills.
