About Debarpita Das
As a seasoned program manager with 9.5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Banking, Finance Tech and Automation, I have developed and executed strategic programs that enhanced the performance, efficiency, and quality of the business services across APAC, EMEA and India geographies. I have a MBA degree in human resource and operations management, which equipped me with the skills and knowledge to manage complex cross-functional projects and mentor teams across multiple functions and locations.In my stint with Amazon, I was responsible for managing global initiatives- launching flexible work programs i.e. Virtual Customer Service, Part-Time program; and India\'s first virtual all women site in Bengaluru during COVID, that ensured business continuity with minimal impact in 2020-21; I moved on to explore other avenues in Amazon and currently responsible for expanding AWS, Devices & Digital infrastructure footprint globally by delivering FinTech solutions.In 2023, I am promoted to MoM of a baby girl, thus making a positive impact at home as well as workplace. My mission is to leverage my expertise and passion for program management to deliver value and impact to the organization and its stakeholders.
