At this stage, I find myself to be groomed as a dynamic and seasoned Project Manager with 13+ yrs. of experience in Energy, Utility, Infrastructure & Cities, FMCG, Manufacturing, Automation, Real Estate and E-Commerce sector. An Electrical Engineer by profession, I had keen interests in power systems technology and started my career as a GET in Areva T&D India in 2009 and got hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of Ultra High Voltage Substations. From thereon, I diversified my career in Design, Marketing and Business Development of Medium and Low Voltage products and solutions (Siemens Ltd.); Engineering design, Project Planning and Execution of Enterprise Data Centers and Green Building projects (ITC Ltd.); Real Estate Engineering and Launching Fulfillment Centers, Logistics hubs and Grocery hubs meeting the Project and Finance controllership OP/IOP targets. Driving various Process Improvement and Cost Control initiatives (DMAIC approach) and Sustainability initiatives with key focus on Renewables, Water conservation, Energy Efficiency and Net-Zero Carbon (Amazon, India Operations) Always thinking of the customer first and working backwards have helped me to remain focused and motivated to handle challenging situations, mitigate risks and innovate in my role while operating under rigorous deadlines. Throughout my journey, I have learnt to collaborate with various cross-functional teams, within and outside the organization and facilitated the convergence of technology, innovation and controllership to achieve customer excellence. As I transitioned from an individual contributor to a people manager, I groomed myself to build a great team, to actively engage with them, to earn trust and to create a culture that fosters care, collaboration, support and active learning. As a responsible leader, I lead with empathy and a coaching mindset. From a problem solver to a program leader driving brilliant basics, is a long but enriching journey for me. I always choose to act with humility, lead with transparency, deliver with focus, learn with curiosity and drive ownership with unyielding integrity. I participate in volunteering activities helping unprivileged children and is an active member of UNICEF India, with a conscious effort to support lifesaving programs for the most vulnerable children and their families.
