Handling the complete End to End Recruitment lifecycle - Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting Profiles. Candidates tracking and follow up, processing cvs, maintaining internal Database. Familiar with ATS. Responsible to hire middle to senior level for all domains including online marketing, sales department, support specialist, Developer, Tester, Infrastructure, Networking different IT and Non-IT roles. Identifying the potential candidates through internal Database or through different job portals like Naukri, Monster, Linkdin or else by headhunting referrals in order to fill the required positions. Interviewing candidates through different methods ( Structured interview, behavioral questionnaire, technical assessment). Co- ordinating with the team lead in order to forecasting the department goals and hiring needs. Conduct the first level of interview (Telephonic) to check the communication skill, domain skill, interest level, availability, salary etc. Gathering information regarding candidates (presentation and expected compensation or relocation issues). Following up with the candidate till the day he/she is onboard. Maintaining a good pipeline for the open positions. Release offer letter to candidates post final selection from approval manager. Maintaining weekly and monthly reports on the end to end recruitment. Impart induction to the new joinee
