I am a Senior Analyst and I joined Kenvue in February 2024, after working as an HR Reporting Analyst at Applied Materials for more than a year. At Applied Materials, I leveraged my data and analytics skills to provide insights and solutions for various HR functions and stakeholders. I successfully delivered multiple reports and dashboards using Workday, Tableau, and Service Now tools, enhancing the HR function and the employee experience.I have a strong educational background in HR and engineering, with a Master\'s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur and a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians from the Mallabhum Institute of Technology. I also hold certifications in data processing, payroll, and problem-solving. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to improve the HR processes and outcomes.
