ABOUT DEBAPRIYA MAJUMDAR

I have over nine years of experience in the Energy industry. Currently, I am a Senior Manager for Business Transformation and Strategy at KEC International Ltd, an RPG Group Company. I am also part of the emerging leaders program in the company designated as Future Leaders Board. I hold a post-graduate degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, one of the premier institutes in India. Previously I have worked with Siemens and Thermax. In my current role, I am an internal consultant working with the senior management in strategy formulation and implementation. I leverage my strong analytical and business process improvement skills to deliver efficiency and growth. My expertise ranges from solving logistics issues, to enhancing productivity of site activities and improving working capital management. I support the senior management in identifying process inefficiencies and drive process excellence projects in cross-functional teams across geographies such as Middle East, South East Asia, and Africa. I stay at the forefront of technological and sustainability trends, and apply them to enhance the productivity, quality, and safety of site activities. I also facilitate technological collaboration and innovation across the organization. My mission is to enable organizations achieve lean and sustainable business outcomes.
