I am pursuing my MBA in Digital Business Management (20••••25) at the Indian Institute of Management, Bodh Gaya, on a journey to integrate business insight with the latest technological advancements seamlessly. With 22 months of work experience at Amazon India, I\'ve honed my problem-solving skills as a D2AS Advanced Technician. From proactively addressing fraud risks to offering real-time support for IoT and OTT services, my expertise extends to resolving systemic issues, where I worked closely with operations and escalation teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, handling over 40+ daily contacts. Additionally, I\'ve played a key role in training new hire associates on processes, ensuring they meet KPI metrics and graduate equipped with the skills for success. While working across multiple marketplaces, including NA, UK, and IN, my outstanding performance has been consistently recognized, with prestigious awards like \'Leading from the Front\' and \'Customer Obsessed Employee\' across multiple quarters. Apart for this, my internships in e-commerce and digital marketing have significantly enhanced my practical understanding of marketing, supply chain, and operations in real-world business settings With an MBA in progress and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Calcutta, my academic journey is a blend of science and management, reflecting my versatile skill set. As a part of my academic pursuits and a genuine interest in analytics, problem-solving and enhancing my technical proficiency, I am actively engaged in skill-building activities, including hands-on experience with tools such as R, Python, SQL, and others. Beyond my academic commitments, I am a core member of the Entrepreneurship Cell and Samatvam, the Mindfulness Centre, at IIM Bodh Gaya.
