With a Master\'s degree from Visva-Bharati, their academic journey has been marked by a deep interest in understanding and leveraging the diversity of microalgae for environmental sustainability. My dissertation, which focused on the microalgal diversity and physicochemical parameters of selected ponds in Santiniketan, laid the groundwork for their current research aspirations. Currently I am pursuing P.hD. in Environmental Biotechnology in Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad.I am particularly driven by the potential of Bioremediation, with a keen focus on the role of microalgae in removing wastewater and heavy metals from contaminated environments. My research interests span a broad spectrum of environmental science, including ecosystems, biodiversity, conservation, biogeography, climate change, pollution, lichen, and the cutting-edge field of phycoremediation. My ultimate research goal is to contribute to sustainable environmental practices through innovative solutions, particularly combating pollution and restoring ecosystems. I also aspire to join the private sector, as it offers a dynamic platform to apply my scientific knowledge in impactful, real-world contexts. My background in Botany, Algae and Environmental Biotechnology and my passion align well with private sector\'s growing focus on innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation. The private sector allows me to leverage my data analysis, problem-solving, and environmental science research skills within a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment where cutting-edge technology meets practical applications. Joining the private sector will allow me to contribute to projects that drive sustainable solutions, environmental conservation, and technological advancements, bridging the gap between science and industry. I am excited by the prospect of working on innovative projects, utilizing my analytical skills to develop sustainable strategies, and contributing to initiatives aligning with my commitment to environmental stewardship. Ultimately, my goal is to blend my academic expertise with the vast opportunities in the private sector to create meaningful, sustainable impacts on society and the environment.
