When complete this terminal will provides 1.3 mcbm storage capacity for bulk liquid energy products via 50 difference tanks, berths capable of loading up to VLCC-size vessels, and nine barge jetties. The high specification and connectivity of the terminal will provide maximum flexibility for the users of the facility.• Mapping of OT/IT environments and alignment with the Corporate strategy.• Design of target architecture around 15 key business processes for the port\'s marine activity (Tank-to-Ship, Ship-to-Tank, etc.).• Diagnosis of the functional and technical gaps between the existing system and the group solution.• Design of the OT/IT security architecture.• Writing of the ERP-TMS/CMS RFP and selection of software publishers (Emmerson, Implico, Descartes) and workshops leading up to contracting.

Manager de transition (BU - Services IT - CDO) – Directeur de programme IT -> 25 ans de carrière en ESN - J’interviens auprès des ETI et grands groupes confrontés à une crise IT, une transformation complexe ou une fusion sensible. Je conçois et transforme des modèles Build & Run dans des environnements critiques, couvrant l’ensemble des fonctions IT/OT clés : RH et Management, Réseau, Mainframe, Service Desk, Encaissement, TMA/TME, cybersécurité, etc. Reprise de DSI en difficulté : désorganisation, incidents critiques, perte de performance, Cadrage & pilotage de programmes de transformation digitale (IT/OT, métier) Remise à plat de la gouvernance : infogérance - Internalisation & Externalisation - Delivery multisites, international, Ouvert également aux ESN Client : Vous avez un sujet délicat, vous devez réaliser une internalisation suite à une fin de contrat avec un fournisseur? le sujet est RH et/ou dans le management? un mauvais cadrage? un problème de Delivery, un changement d\'un ERP. ou un programme à mettre en musique? Mon rôle : Répondre à votre besoin et restaurer la performance, sécuriser l’IT et réaligner les services avec vos enjeux. J\'ai forcément déjà couvert un sujet durant mes 25 années de carrière. Objectifs : stabilité, réduction des coûts, qualité de service, adhérence métier, sécurisation des opérations Enjeux traités : Intégration, management, outsourcing, cybersécurité, gouvernance, KPIs, legacy, infrastructures, externalisation ou (ré)internalisation.
