With over a decade of experience in semiconductor nanotechnology, both front-end and back-end, my current focus is on process/product development, quality control, and failure analysis. As a Semiconductor Process Engineer at RRP Electronics Ltd, my contribution is bidirectional: • Developing an infrared image sensor pilot production line (100-150 mm). • Assuring the product quality of our in-house IC packaging facility.Earlier, I have utilised various epilayers, quantum structures, and nanocomposites for energy conversion, optoelectronic, photonic, and sensing applications. In particular, • Group IRPD, FPA, QDSC. • Group epilayer, nanowire, and quantum dot for IRPD, µLED, SHG. • Metal oxide-based UVPD, power devices.The wisdom I gained through this journey in multidisciplinary R&D activities, product/process development, and quality assurance has helped me develop a unique combination of technical skills, while my experience as a teaching assistant, mentor, and process head has given me the leverage to sharpen my managerial skills. Specifically, • Epitaxy, RIE, ALD, CVD, Lithography, Metrology. • Quality Control, Reliability, Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis. • Project Management, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, DOE, CAPA.
