Transformed a newly created multi-state healthcare division while enhancing organizational culture, collaboration, team building, linking Clinical/Operations/Financial improvements together to improve engagement, and improved the overall bottom-line by $36M in six months. Stabilized a community hospital through financial and operational improvements while leveraging the strengths of the senior leadership team. On-boarded the new Chief Executive Officer and transitioned the turnaround plan to ensure seamless execution. The overall plan and re-organization put them on the path towards financial stability for the first time in eight years.
