We are a unique Coalition of housing industry advocates, housing counselors and caring individuals - we promise to make an extraordinary impact on families and communities by protecting and sustaining homeownership. Our non-profit provides assistance to Colorado homeowners experiencing a temporary, homeownership-threatening, disruption; helping them avoid displacement due to delinquent mortgage, HOA, tax or insurance obligations. Our grant recipients are homeowners who have otherwise been responsible with their finances and have maintained a positive payment history.
