As of September 2015 I\'m the Director of Compass - our pre-field program of missionary training. Compass includes language, culture, and interpersonal preparation for longterm service overseas. Missionaries come through our training from many different churches and missions organizations (over 150 different agencies) and they go to serve in multitudes of locations on nearly every continent.
