ABOUT DEB GOODWIN NEE SHILTON

I am driven and ambitious. My approach is do what I say I am going to do, treat everyone fairly and be transparent. My expertise extend from people and process, having the benefit of a Lean Six Sigma Black belt, to a vast knowledge and understanding of the NHS and how homecare can support the demands and ongoing challenges the NHS face. I have played a pivotal role in recent large scale biosimilar transitions for NHS trusts across the UK and understand the need for safe, robust transitional processes at pace. Developing this process with involvement from the NHS and key stakeholders remains my passion in this ever changing market place. Having worked for the same healthcare company for over 16 years in a variety of roles, I have developed a broad range of transferrable skills including people management, performance management including HR processes, process mapping, process review, applying Lean principles, understanding the Voice of the Customer, data analysis, change management and communication.
