Current role: Leading the UK Cost Pillar/ LGHT (Labour hour/Gate House transactions) with the main objectives to deliver 04 deliverables. Min Head Count for each site tracked to improve the LGHT/Cost of HC per transaction 2. Delivered a mechanism to coordination with Tech/RGM for reduction of labour hours, 3. Proactive Training tool with an overview to site and shift-based availability of trained Associates and 4. A dashboard/weekly report delivered to track actual and projected Refresher trainings with cross-collaboration with central L&D team.The improvements translated into USD 3.4 million in annual savings for the UK, which represents a significant portion of the EU-wide savings of USD 7.6 million. This converts to Labour Hours saved 130k hrs for UK, with weekly average of 4k hrs/wk till Aug 2024.• Implemented Relay Garage/AAP Pilot: Launched to reduce Vehicle Off-Road (VOR) for Amazon Managed trailers across the UK. Successfully expanded it to 41 sites in Q2, achieving complete UK-wide implementation in just 4 weeks. • Introduced Yard Fullness Mitigation Methodology: Pioneered the implementation throughout the UK in 2023. Established a cross-functional core team in collaboration with Fleet Management. This initiative yielded substantial results, leading to a 20-30% timely reduction.• Steered PS Utilization Escalation process across EU: Led the deep dive and alignment with EU TOM, Relay Ops Centre & Vendor management (VM) team and implemented throughout MEU and SEU in 2023. • Peak Yard fullness Mitigation: Engaged teams and EU ROMs to mitigate the Yard fullness Risks and delivered substantial results leading up to a 50% timely reduction during Peak 2023. Partnered with Vendor Management & Relay Ops Centre, to structure the mitigation plans.• Launched Relay Garage Pilot Across EU: Collaborated with Relay Ops Centre, Central Tech, and Central Learning teams to launch within 4 weeks.
