I am interested in these positions because I have a passion to help students. I can prepare lesson plans and educate students at all levels. I learned about these positions because my co worker and career specialists informed me. I am a persistent and dedicated individual who loves to get essential duties done on time. I am also willing to instruct students in various subjects and reach students in an engaging lesson plan. I am a College Graduate of Maryland Eastern Shore University class of 2006 who majored in Business Marketing Administration. I received my master\'s degree in Education and Instructional Technology at Strayer University on June 22, 2019. This is the MED- Instructional Technology program. I am a doctoral candidate at Capella University. In my master\'s program, we discussed target reports for the LMS (Learning Management Systems), the explosion of e-commerce to gain control of internet traffic, LMS stakeholders when managing different experiences, lectures, articles, videos, and slideshows. Last year before the pandemic, I created a five-e lesson plan that was beneficial to students and the colleagues I worked with. Planning, organization, and consistency is relevant to these educational occupations I am interested in. The five-e plan started with an engagement in which I started a warmup with students, pre-assessment, and entry points into the lesson. Next, I started the exploration portion of the lesson where I handed out some manipulatives and students had the opportunity to connect using think and wait time. I started the explanation in which students were given vocabulary development activities, concept webs, and student-centered assignments. The elaboration is conducted in which students work on graphic organizers, KWL (know learned) charts, and problems of the week. Last students have an evaluation where friend checks are done, quick writes, and exit slips are worked on by the scholars.
