Rugby School is a complex and historic organisation which is fast becoming a leading global educator with a growing family of schools overseas, partnerships delivering online learning and a group of UK prep schools. Bilton Grange, which is situated 3.5 miles away on its own 90-acre site was first to join the prep group, followed by Aysgarth School in North Yorkshire - further growth of this group is planned.As COO I lead the Group’s operational functions, including: finance, HR, IT, estates, domestic services and commercial enterprises - in total of some 600 colleagues.
