Promoted to Creative Communications Manager within the Strategic Communications, Marketing and Engagements Unit at the Scottish Government’s social security agency in December 2023.Responsibilities & Achievements• Manage the agencies social media accounts, including content production and community management including the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic communication and engagement plans• Supporting with paid-for marketing campaigns, including creative and media buying strategies• Development, monitoring and evaluation of social media strategy and outputs including the advising on social media policy for the organisation• Developed an evaluation process that captures valuable insights from social media and produces recommendations to the wider strategic communications team each month• Planned and produced successful content on visits with the Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, gaining trust of relevant stakeholders for future events
