Easily one of the most rewarding roles of my career. As the Senior Advisor for all logistics, HR, intelligence, and communications within a Special Forces organization of more than personnel, I had the privilege of supporting some of the most dedicated professionals I’ve ever met. I truly enjoyed caring for people—developing their strengths, refining their skills, and setting them up for success both in and out of uniform. The role challenged me to strengthen my cross-functional communication skills, working across global teams to ensure our organization stayed properly manned, equipped, and trained to meet every mission. Seeing the growth and success of those I mentored remains one of my proudest accomplishments.
