Today, I direct greenfield R&D initiatives within Alpha Labs at SoftWriters, where we are developing AI-enabled solutions and cloud-based data platforms for the long-term care pharmacy industry.My work includes launching the company’s first cloud-based BI platform, leading cross-functional go-to-market execution, and guiding practical adoption of AI technologies across document processing, analytics, and workflow automation initiatives. Most recently, I architected and delivered a Natural Language → SQL analytics application built on Azure Data Lake (Parquet), Synapse, and Azure OpenAI to enable conversational data analysis across large operational datasets.I believe AI is a powerful tool — not a strategy by itself.
