   This position plays a significant role as a Powers and Sons Team Member. This position includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks and responsibilities:* Assist the Project Manager (PM)/Superintendent in preparing the project schedules, reports and estimates.* Create and maintain Submittals, RFIs, Close Outs, Meeting Minutes and other logs, as required.* Work with Project Managers and Superintendents to create and distribute RFI\'s.* Review and process submittals; maintain submittal files, and work with the Sr. Projects Coordinator on project close-out.* Distribute reviewed submittals, as appropriate.* Filing of project paperwork and documentation.* Under the direction of the PM, prepare proposals for changes to the Owner/Architect.* Assist Project Managers in preparation of monthly billings to Owner and review of subcontractor billing, as required.* Set up and maintain certified payroll tracking, distribution of certified payroll as required, and maintain Section 3 requirements and reporting.* Review and distribute shop drawings and log.* Prepare quantity reports and productivity evaluations.* Ensure safety compliance and records, including obtaining permits and licenses.* Ensure quality control measures, including ordering supplies and materials for projects.* Attend jobsite meetings and assist, as required, in preparing/distributing minutes.* Assist in jobsite logistic planning.* Develop relationships with owners, subcontractors and other construction professionals.* Discuss and resolve issues with regards to the construction site; including but not limited to, complaints, procedures, compliance issues, delays, incidents, weather issues and etc.* Update project schedules.
