   In charge of all aspects of Information Technology for a billion dollar Real-Estate Development, construction and home building company. Deep understanding of finance/accounting systems and processes with experience in budgeting and planning. Successfully moved the organization to Office 365. Implemented automated invoicing and expense reporting systems across all business units. Directed the successful roll-out of a Virtual Machine (VM) project consolidating 50+ servers. Reviewed all I/T core and non-core services and outsourced non-core areas.Oversaw 20+ networked remote sites located across 7 states. Implemented a program to review all connectivity and combine phone/network systems for increased speed and reliability while decreasing costs. Created Enterprise Record Retention program with policy and procedures around the plan including training to ensure ongoing compliance. Implemented new Cloud based Disaster Recovery (DRaaS) along with cloud hosted business continuity plans.Implemented DOMO Executive Dashboard, Yammer - Enterprise Social Network, IdeaScale and Teleconferencing. Work closely with the corporate marketing group as well as multiple outside vendors to manage over 50+ web sites along with social media accounts.Infrastructure includes Windows Servers, SQL Server, SharePoint, Cisco Unity System, Vmware, Citrix, Symantec, CRM (Saas solution), ERP and Prophix CPM solutions. Specific experience with Sage 300 CRE, Yardi and MRI. Currently beginning to move systems to Azure.
