Reporting to the CEO, oversee the corporate functions of the organization: lease and contract management, Finance, Human Resources, Health and Safety, and Information Technology departments • Manage the oversight of a complex private enterprise governmental multi million dollar budget and provide quarterly funding updates • Chief negotiator for two collective agreements• Chief negotiator for the primary contractual agreement between the corporation and contractor and lead contributor for procurement through RFP\'s• Develop and oversee the implementation of the corporations 5-year strategic plan and approve departmental operation plans• Lead, develop and evaluate the health and safety programs to develop cost saving measures for the corporation• Manage the corporation’s insurance and risks through the use of the company risk register• Negotiate and manage the 23 leases across square km in Alberta and procure and deploy ambulances to meet each municipalities unique needs
