About Dean Partelow

I am an experienced sales professional and business leader with experience across a wide range of industries.I am a recent graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and a concentration in sales, and entrepreneurship. My internship at Brand Innovators taught me the true value of teamwork, the importance of communication, and the power of community.My life experiences as lifeguard, Boy Scout, student, and volunteer have empowered me to gain unique skillsets and qualities. These qualities include leadership, written and oral communication, networking, and the ability to empower others. Experiences throughout my childhood, teenage and college years have built a solid foundation and helped me bloom into leadership roles.I have always been part of a team, but during my studies at USF, I became a team leader. I stepped out of my comfort zone and learned so much in these past few years. From getting first place marketplace simulations to developing a marketing plan for Meals on Wheels of Tampa. Giving all of yourself pays off.It’s often the things we’re most afraid of are the things we should strive to do. Leadership isn’t easy but it teaches you some of the most valuable skills and lessons in life. Accountability, reliability, communication, networking, and psychology. I will continue my growth and further develop my leadership, sales, and marketing skills. I am excited to push myself to become my absolute best.As a marketing and sales professional I enjoy researching trends whether economic, marketing, investing, and technological advancements. I believe listening and discussing business trends with peers to understand new opportunities has given me a grasp of the future. During my free time I look forward to exploring the great outdoors, volunteering, giving back to the community, reading growth focused novels, hitting the gym, working to create content and spending time with the people who matter most.My calling to follow my passion and start my own company has given me drive, optimism, confidence, and purpose moving forward.
