ABOUT DEANNE KAIDER

I am a force multiplier. I work with senior executives to scale their impact, freeing them up with confidence that operations and strategic projects are being executed with precision as they focus on visionary goals and cultural legacy. Using a collaborative, cross-functional approach, I amplify leadership priorities and catalyze productivity, bringing strategy to life. As the trusted advisor to the Co-Chairs of Seyfarth\'s International business, I (and we) have been on an incredible growth journey. I was instrumental in standing up a new department to support the firm\'s business outside the U.S, as well as in collaborating with colleagues across functions to expand operations in several markets across the Asia Pacific. I lead strategic initiatives and planning and direct the day-to-day operations of the firm\'s International business. That means I have my hands in every function of the organization—from marketing, BD, and communications, to talent acquisition and development, to project management and finance. I thrive on supporting the International Co-Chairs, maximizing their impact and efficiency. I regularly seek opportunities to lead in other areas of the organization, which has recently included working with the firm\'s Chair Emeritus on marketing and communications efforts related to Generative Artificial Intelligence and innovation. I spent the first 10 years of my career working at McKinsey & Company in practice and knowledge management roles in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Practice, where I honed my strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, research and analytic skills, collaborating with some of the world’s leading business advisers. My success is driven by three key strengths: high emotional intelligence, supporting me as I build strong relationships and collaborate effectively; resourcefulness, allowing me to navigate new and complex challenges; and a commitment to excellence, ensuring I consistently deliver top-tier service to anyone who crosses my path. My personal passions include wellness and longevity, fashion, interior design, skincare/beauty and (on the good days) some golf.
