About Deanna Tiemann

While I started my career in marketing in various agency settings, for eight years, I took on the challenge of growing my own marketing agency from the ground up. While the company was a success, I craved the opportunity to devote all of my working time to a single entity and drive growth and success as a member of an integrated marketing team. In my current role, I\'m proud to be a team member of Wilderness Medical Staffing, serving as marketing director.Wilderness Medical Staffing specializes in assisting medical facilities and healthcare providers to fill locum tenens positions in rural and remote locations. By recruiting and staffing these areas, our providers practice meaningful medicine, while assisting facilities to maintain continuity of care for their patients.The experiences of my prior career experience have galvanized all aspects of my skill-set, from my project management and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to my employee leadership. I have worked directly with over 100 clients to assess and help define their strategic marketing needs to drive growth and define and support their unique brands. I\'ve had the opportunity to work within several industries including healthcare, real estate, retail, financial, restaurant, non-profit, a few highly ranked universities, and more.My job roles have required me to demonstrate strong relationship building, vendor relations, team management (including employees and subcontractors), project management, and budgeting.
