   I currently serve as a senior product owner on a platform development team under Red Hat Services. Our team is made up of full stack, cloud, back-end and front-end engineers, operations, and product owners. We use agile principles to continuously build, refine and maintain a product roadmap that encompasses customer needs, stakeholder requirements, an intuitive user experience, automation and platform efficiency- Platform product owner for two Red Hat customer facing platforms- Uses agile methodologies to gather technical requirements, groom user stories, develop product roadmaps, and sustain development cycles- Prepares user experience testing (UAT) plans, product releases, and release notes- Manages vendor relationships, deliverables and contract negotiations- Daily collaboration with key stakeholders, development teams, IT, sales, support and marketing teams to support the innovation, growth and refinement of our digital products- Developed metrics of success and regular reporting structure to supplement data-backed insights and decision making- Product owner of the IBM SkillsBuild and Red Hat partnership (https://skillsbuild.org)- Launched and scaled an online, technical learning community platform to members.
