As a senior leader and an individual contributor, I leverage my extensive experience in healthcare quality and patient safety to drive improvement initiatives in hospital and managed care environments. I have over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), a Masters in Health Administration, and certifications in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Case Management (CCM). I understand the complexities of healthcare delivery and the importance of quality standards.I have a proven track record of leading case management programs with improvement in the health and wellness of our customers, patients, members. I excel at using data to identify opportunities, build solutions, and monitor improvement work. Examples include reviewing and revising patient safety programs, and supporting standardization and spread of communication and project tools. I also have experience working with physician leaders to develop Quality Improvement workgroups for physician specialty programs.
